His work has been published in journals such as MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Annals of Operations Research, Communications of the ACM, and Information &amp; Management among others as well as conferences such as International Conference on Information Systems. Prior to joining NUS, he held a tenured faculty position in Hong Kong.
